NTC 47D-15 Thermistor is a special type of thermistor which is used to suppress inrush current coming at the starting of any device as at 25°C (room temperature) its resistance is 47Ω which then falls to very low value when the current starts flowing through it thus it prevents the flow of inrush current by offering resistance to it and in the process the temperature increases and its resistance decrease thus allowing proper functioning of the device....
